1. Data Collection & Purpose

We collect information strictly necessary to provide world-class logistics services. This ensures that every parcel is accounted for from origin to the final mile.

Operational Data

Route history, GPS coordinates, vehicle telemetry, and customs clearance logs.

Client Info

Digital signatures, billing addresses, contact logs, and tax identification numbers.

2. International Compliance

Reex-logistics operates globally. We comply with international data protection regulations including GDPR (Europe), CCPA (USA), and regional data laws in the Middle East. Your data may be processed in different regions solely for the purpose of cross-border customs fulfillment and regulatory reporting.

3. Third-Party Disclosure

To ensure seamless delivery, we share specific data points with verified partners only:

  • Customs Authorities: Necessary documentation for legal border crossing.
  • Last-Mile Couriers: Contact details and address for the final delivery driver.
  • Insurance Providers: Shipment value data in case of damage or loss claims.

4. Your Rights & Control

As a Reex-logistics client, you have the right to request a full report of your data stored in our systems. You may also request data correction or deletion (where legal shipping records allow). To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@reex-logistics.com.

Data Retention Protocol

We retain shipment tracking records for **24 months** after successful delivery to comply with international maritime and airfreight insurance laws. Once this period expires, our automated system performs a permanent "Hard Purge" to remove all personal identifiers from our primary and backup servers.
